RETURN POLICY
If you bought the wrong item or are otherwise unsatisfied with your purchase, we’ll take it back!
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from us! If you are not, you may return your merchandise within 15 days of the original purchase date for a refund or exchange under the following conditions:
- Items returned must be not have been opened and in original packaging.
- Items marked on SALE/CLEARANCE are final and are not refundable.
- Items returned must have the invoice or a copy of the invoice sent with the product
If you have received a damaged or incorrect item, please notify us immediately.

Main Access will NOT be responsible for any shipping charges on a return package. This must be covered by the buyer and we highly suggest that you purchase a tracking code to ensure the return package makes it back to us safely!
Refunds: Once we receive and approve the return, a refund will be issued to the original payment method associated with the order. It may take up to 7 business days for the refund to show up on your bank account/credit card, once we issue you the refund. Shipping is non-refundable and will be deducted from the refund.
