I want to give a shout out about the great customer service that I was just provided. We purchased a Smart Lite and when I opened the SmartLite, it failed to charge. I left a voicemail with Main Access late in the day on July 3. I just received a call from their representative and after describing the issue, he stated that he would immediately send me a replacement at no cost no questions asked. What a great job with taking care of customers. Based on this experience, I will look to purchase from Main Access in the future.

Awesome and prompt service and response. Purchased the 200700T ladder that came with a wrong part. After contacting Main Access, the new part was shipped out the same day and it arrived in only 3 days. I assembled the ladder with great results and I’m very please with the ladders performance.

We’re very pleased with both the Smart Lite product and especially with the customer service! The light is very flexible in its placement around an in the pool (and has some cool lighting and color effect options). We were so pleased that we used it throughout Christmas for accent lighting while on its charger base. That may have had the inadvertent impact of burning out the internal battery, so it now only partially works on the base. (Note: this is probably in the instructions, which we might not have read). Main Access’ Customer Service is graciously sending us a replacement so we can enjoy it in the pool again this summer! Will definitely recommend to all our pool-owning friends and family!
