I want to give a shout out about the great customer service that I was just provided. We purchased a Smart Lite and when I opened the SmartLite, it failed to charge. I left a voicemail with Main Access late in the day on July 3. I just received a call from their representative and after describing the issue, he stated that he would immediately send me a replacement at no cost no questions asked. What a great job with taking care of customers. Based on this experience, I will look to purchase from Main Access in the future.
